| No Refund Policy
At Salon+Co, all services and retail sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any services, boutique items, or products purchased.
We take pride in the quality of our work and want every client to leave feeling confident and satisfied. If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment so we can address your concerns. Adjustments may be offered at the discretion of management.
Please note:
• No refunds will be issued for completed services.
• No refunds will be issued on gift cards.
• No refunds or exchanges will be issued on boutique items.
• Retail haircare products may be eligible for exchange only if returned unused and in original packaging within 7 days of purchase.
• Any dissatisfaction must be communicated within the 24-hour timeframe to be considered.
By booking an appointment or purchasing products with Salon+Co, you agree to this policy.
| Children Policy
As much as children are a blessing, Salon+Co kindly asks that children do not accompany clients to appointments unless they are receiving a service themselves.
If a child is present at check-in, our staff will need to refuse service. In this case, our day-of cancellation/rescheduling policy will apply, and you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service cost.
This policy is in place for safety reasons and to maintain a relaxing, tranquil experience for all clients.

| Cancellation Policy
Salon+Co requires a credit/debit card to be placed on file in the event of late cancellations or "no call, no show" appointments. Salon+Co will be sending 72 hour appointment reminders. Cancellations and reschedules must be made 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made after 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in the card on file being charged 75% of your scheduled service cost. Day of cancellations or reschedules will result in the card on file being charged 100% of your scheduled service cost. A "no call, no show" appointment will result in the card on file being charged 100% of your scheduled service cost.
Salon+Co reserves the right to reschedule all or some of your appointment services if you are 15 or more minutes late for your appointment. If your services are rescheduled due to being late it will result in the card on file being charged 75% of your scheduled service costs. This ensures that Salon+Co can serve the next, punctual client on time.
All cancellations and reschedules must be completed by calling the salon at 715.294.2333. Or through our square appointments app.
Cancellations and reschedules will not be accepted through Facebook, Instagram or email. This will help prevent any miscommunication between Salon+Co and clients.

| Redo Policy
Redo requests must be made within 24 hours from date of service. All redo requests will require a consultation with the service provider and manager to determine the unsatisfactory of their results. Any client whom decided against their requested desired look or compromised their own hair, after services will automatically void any redo and or refund.
